Explanation:
This module adopts dynamic frequency sweep and automatic arc initiation, without the need for manual arc initiation. It is normal to make a squeaking sound during operation. The high-voltage output line should not be too long within 50cm. If extension is needed, the power supply line can be extended
Test data:
When the driver board is not equipped with a heat sink under 8V power supply, the time from the cold state to triggering the overheat protection is about 1 minute and 30 seconds. After installing the heat sink, the time from the cold state to triggering the overheat protection is about 6 minutes, and the transformer temperature is about 100 degrees. The transformer function is normal and undamaged.
When the driver board is not equipped with a heat sink under 12V power supply, the time from the cold state to triggering the overheat protection is about 20 seconds. After installing the heat sink, the time from the cold machine state to triggering the overheat protection is about 60 seconds. The transformer cracks and is scrapped after continuous operation of forced air cooling for 7 minutes, so the matching transformer is not suitable for long-term operation.
Special attention:
1. Due to the high power, the secondary output terminal of the transformer (i.e. the high-voltage output pin) must be insulated to prevent arcing from igniting at the high-voltage output pin of the transformer, which can cause damage to the pin. This is irreversible damage. If the secondary output terminal is burned or broken due to insulation issues, it is a non quality problem caused by improper operation by the buyer. Before insulation is done, it can only be tested instantly when powered on.
2. The discharge ignition gap should be controlled within 20mm. If the gap is too large, there is a small probability of transformer damage. No no-load or short circuit is allowed
