This USB to TTL downloader can be used as a serial communication, microcontroller downloader, STM32 downloader, router downloader, etc. This downloader has a USB interface, which can easily extend the download cable, and also reserves a pin socket for short distance download and insertion.
STC microcontroller download mode:
1) The wiring is as follows: (only 3 wires need to be connected)
TXD terminal of USB downloader ->Connect microcontroller P3.0 (RX)
RXD terminal of USB downloader ->connect microcontroller P3.1 (TX)
GND terminal of USB downloader ->Connect microcontroller GND
2) The development board or small system uses a separate power supply. After connecting the cable, it will be found that even if the development board switch is turned off, the power indicator light of the development board will still light up (weakly), which is a normal phenomenon. It is still recommended to download the STC series microcontroller through the serial port (the power supply needs to be cold started once).
STM32 microcontroller download mode:
1) The wiring is as follows: (only 3 wires need to be connected)
TXD terminal of USB downloader ->connect microcontroller PA10 (RX1)
RXD terminal of USB downloader ->connect microcontroller PA9 (TX1)
GND terminal of USB downloader ->Connect microcontroller GND
2) The development board or small system is powered by a separate power supply. Alternatively, a USB downloader can be used to provide 5V power supply. To download, connect boot0 to VCC, then connect it back to GND and press the reset button to complete the operation.
