Precautions:
1: The wire connecting the motherboard to the external battery must be able to carry a current of 10A. At least 1 square meter of copper wire should be used. Ordinary wires should use 1.5 square meters. It doesn’t have to be too thick, but it shouldn’t be too thin either, as too thin can cause safety hazards. (Because the battery terminal current is very large) It is recommended to use 16AWG specification wire.
2: The motherboard comes with a protection chip, which only supports 2-5 strings of batteries. Six strings of lithium iron phosphate batteries require a built-in protection board. The overcurrent protection current of the built-in protection board must be greater than 15A, otherwise it will not work properly and will seriously damage the motherboard chip. .
3: Because the current at the battery terminal is too large, the battery must be welded with thick wires to test. You cannot use alligator clips to clamp the soldering pad to test charge and discharge. If you must do this, our store will refuse after-sales service.
4: When choosing a battery, you can use 4.15V/4.2V/4.35V/4.4V 18650, polymer, or ternary lithium batteries. Large cells are acceptable. The capacity of a single string battery does not exceed 25000mAh. If the battery capacity is exceeded, the display will be inaccurate. Supports 3.65V lithium iron phosphate, but does not support disposable dry batteries, nickel metal hydride, nickel chromium, lead-acid batteries, etc. The minimum number of batteries is 2, and the maximum is 6. The total voltage cannot exceed 23V. A single string of batteries needs to be able to charge and discharge at least 10A. If this cannot be achieved, please lower the power.
5: The motherboard must have a preset battery capacity, please see the introduction for details.
6: Support OPO flash charging and HW super fast charging. Different protocols have different powers. 65W and 100W refer to the power of PD protocol. VOOC is 20W and SCP is 22.5W. Please confirm your needs before shooting. We will not accept returns if your phone does not support fast charging. Welded products cannot be returned or exchanged. (Unsupported mobile phones are because the mobile phone’s own protocol is not public and cannot be used by third parties.)
7: The batteries connected to this motherboard must meet the requirements and be connected in series. If your battery is a single or multiple parallel-connected battery with ordinary capacity and low current, please refer to other motherboard models.
8: The wire connecting the battery to the motherboard must be thick, and the battery must be able to pass a current of more than 10A without generating heat.
