Instructions:
1. Product power on and off:
The product has no power button, it will automatically start when powered on and shut down when powered off
2. Language switching:
Press and hold the “Menu/M” key and then power on. After the screen displays the main interface, release the “Menu/M” key, wait for 10 seconds and then shut down and restart
3. Switch channel display:
Each channel is independent of each other and does not interfere with each other. Click the “Channel/CHN” button to switch the display channel, and you can view and set the parameters of each channel
4. Test internal resistance:
Install the battery, power on, wait for 10 seconds, and display the battery voltage and internal resistance test results. This product uses the DC two-wire method to test the internal Resistance, due to the limitations of the test principle, the battery may not be recognized and the internal resistance always displays 9999.
When the battery is not installed, the test circuit is open, which is equivalent to infinite resistance, and the internal resistance displays 9999 milliohms.
5. Charging function (not suitable for charging lithium iron phosphate batteries):
Install the battery in the battery holder, adjust the mode to “Charge” mode, click “Start/Stop/R/S” to run the program; after charging is completed, the status indication is completed; the charging process records capacity, energy, and charging time. The charging measurement capacity is for reference only. Please refer to the discharge capacity.
6. Test capacity:
The capacity test requires discharge and waiting time. The capacity test is performed through resistor discharge. The resistor generates high temperature during discharge. Do not touch it directly with your hands to avoid burns. The capacity test result is only the capacity measured from the start of battery discharge to the trigger stop during the test phase
7. Battery capacity division and cycle:
Capacity division and cycle is a process of charging, discharging and recharging. The stop voltage cannot be lower than 2.8V during use, otherwise it cannot be charged and the program cannot run normally
8. Data reset:
Shut down, switch mode, capacity, energy, time data automatically reset
